TICKET POLICY

Tickets are required for most shows in the Maintenance Shop and shows do sell out frequently so don't wait until the last minute or expect there to always be tickets available when you get to the venue.  Also, this website is our official notification source for all schedule and show changes, so check back frequently in case there is a change to the show that you purchased a ticket for.

In order to get the student discount you must present a valid Iowa State University Student ID at the door or you will be charged the difference between the student and the public rate.
 

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET TICKETS TO THE MAINTENANCE SHOP

BY PHONE:  Call the M-SHOP BOX OFFICE -- 515-294-8349
Open weekdays: Mon.-Fri., 11 AM - 5 PM, except holidays
Payment forms accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover
There is a $1 Handling Fee for each ticket purchased via the phone and you can have your tickets MAILED to you for a $2 mailing fee regardless of the number of tickets purchased or pick them up at WILL CALL for no additional fee

BY WALK UP:  Go to the M-SHOP BOX OFFICE at the west entrance of the Memorial Union by Lake LaVerne just inside the M-Shop main door.
Open weekdays: Mon.-Fri., 11 AM - 5 PM and evenings for shows 30 minutes prior to showtime
Payment forms accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Cash

MORE TICKET INFORMATION

• All prices listed increase $2 day of show
   
• All STUDENT tickets must be accompanied by a valid IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE I.D. or you will be charged the difference between the student and the public rate
   
• All show admittance is on a first come first serve basis. We will allow those who have pre-purchased tickets to enter while those still needing tickets purchase them
   
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges unless the show is canceled or rescheduled
   
• You can WIN tickets to M-Shop shows by joining our eNewsletter

• We want your experience at the M-Shop to be as great as possible so make sure you get tickets early and arrive prior to showtime to get a good spot and to ensure you don't miss any of the show!
   
• Any last minute changes for shows will be updated on our website and on our CONCERT HOTLINE at 515-294-2969, check it often if you have questions as refunds for any changes will not be made after the show has occurred.
